01 Who We Are
Malaysian Humanitarian Foundation (“MHF”) was formed in 1996 with the aim of inculcating, nurturing and strengthening a caring culture and society.
The foundation was led by the late Raja Tun Mohar Raja Badiozaman who was the Chairman and President of the Foundation till his demise in 2003. Tan Sri Datuk Paduka Dr. Mazlan Ahmad, then Deputy Chairman succeeded as the Chairman of the Foundation in 2003 till his passing in 2018. The Foundation is presently led by Tan Sri Datuk Dr. Johari b. Mat and Tan Sri Dato’ Kamaruzzaman b. Shariff alongside Henry Teh Kok Kheng, as the Pro Bono Executive Director of management (from MHF’s inception till the end of 2018).
Initiatives:
- The foundation addresses the needs of special communities through diverse methods to help ensure a standard of dignity in their lives.
- The foundation incorporates volunteerism in every aspect of our lives.
- The foundation enables best practices for corporate governance and sustainability which are both effective & efficient.
02 Aim
MHF is a non-profit organisation which provides activities and services for all Malaysians, regardless of gender, race or religion. It was set up by like minded individuals who shared the vision and mission of MHF. (click here for previous / present boards)
